This is my first convoy light and so far I like it a lot. The construction is solid and it works great. Dom was very communicative and it shipped fast. My only complaint is that the UI is subpar compared to other lights I own. I would much prefer Anduril. Also the MAO finish scratches easily, which I was fairly warned about.
It’s perfect! I’ve been on the fence on which convoy light to purchase and eventually settled on the S2+. The color is fantastic. This is my first dedomed nichia and I’ve got to say, the Tint is Lovely. Dom reached out to me about the specs since I ordered through shop, and I missed the emails he had sent. Service was prompt and I received my lights so quickly! I will definitely order from Gadget connection again. I’m really tempted to order the short tubes and glow gaskets.
I'm extremely happy when I purchased and I'm glad I spent the extra money for the MAO finish. It really makes your flashlight pop. It's not mentioned in the listing, but the switch is white rubber that actually glows in the dark. It is a neat contrast to the normal black rubber and gives a light up effect without draining the battery.
