What quality are the products?
Everything at Gadget Connections is a thoughtfully curated set of items. I hand choose what to carry based on my own personally experience and fan favorites. Not seeing something that you wish you did? Email me: contact@gadgetconnections.com and lets talk about it. If I can get it and/or there is enough demand I'm happy to try and stock it.
Can I return an item for a refund?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order before it ships. All updates can be sent to contact@gadgetconnections.com
Are orders delivered on weekends?
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
You must change your address before it ships contact@gadgetconnections.com
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated right away.
